Codyx Weboratory provides software development services and sells digital products. Each engagement's scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed in writing before work begins.

Payments

• Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.
• Projects typically begin with an advance; milestones are billed as agreed.
• Product purchases are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Unpaid invoices may pause active work until resolved.

Ownership

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for your project transfer to you. Pre-existing libraries, components, and tools remain licensed to you for use within the delivered product.

Digital products

Purchased products are licensed for use as described on their product page. Redistribution or resale of source code is not permitted unless explicitly stated.

Confidentiality

Business information, credentials, and data shared for a project remain confidential and are used only to deliver the work.

Liability

Services are provided with reasonable professional care. We are not liable for indirect losses, third-party service outages, or issues caused by modifications outside our control.
