Project services

• Before work starts: advance payments are refundable within 7 days if no work has begun.
• Work in progress: refunds are prorated — you pay for work delivered to date; the remainder is returned.
• Delivered milestones: accepted milestone deliverables are non-refundable.

Digital products

Because products are delivered instantly as downloadable/licensed digital goods, completed purchases are generally non-refundable. If a product is materially defective or does not match its description, contact us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund the purchase.

Subscriptions & bookings

Recurring services can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Booking fees are refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled call.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ankushgautam.in with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
